Person Centred Support

Vitality provides a high standard of accommodation and supportive environment for children and young people from the age of 16 to 18.

We aim to ensure young people are able to develop and maintain respect, self reliance and self-care skills and enable them to make informed, age-appropriate decisions, concerning their present and future so they can achieve a successful transition into independence and adulthood.

We are committed to creating environments where children and young people can have person centred support, emotional, educational and health needs met by experienced and informed staff.

About us

Vitality is a Supported Accommodation provider for Children and Young People based in Birmingham, Staffordshire and Cheshire. We provide support and accommodation to Young People with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties and Learning Disabilities. We are committed to providing bespoke, person-centred support.
